Tatul Hakobyan – The 2016 Winner of “The Time for Freedom of Press”

On May 3, 2016 at the Journalists Union of Armenia the annual Award ceremony of “The Time for Freedom of Press” was held to mark World Press Freedom Day. The Award was founded in 2006 by Yerevan Press Club, Media Initiatives Center (former Internews-Armenia) and Journalists Union of Armenia.

The 2016 winner of “The Time for Freedom of Press” became journalist Tatul Hakobyan – for consistent and comprehensive coverage of Karabagh conflict.

Tatul Hakobyan was rewarded with an honorary certificate and the traditional gift – a watch.
